You need to enable the settings to display the feedback on ticket screen. The feedback form appears on the mobile phone immediately after closing the queue, if visitors generate the ticket through a QR code.
Steps:-
Go to the "Settings".
Click on "Account Settings".
Click on the "Feedback System Settings".
Enable the settings βOpen Feedback Form After Callβ.
Click on "Save Changes".
TO CREATE THE FEEDBACK FORM:
Go to the "Settings".
Click on "Feedback Form".
Click on "Add More" and Enter the question.
Click on "Save Changes".
Once the queue closes, the feedback form will automatically appear on the visitor's phone immediately after they generate a ticket using the QR code.
