To display feedback on the ticket screen by enabling the settings. The feedback form appears on the mobile phone immediately after closing the queue, if visitors generate the ticket through a QR code.

Steps:-

  1. Go to the "Settings".

  2. Click on the "Feedback Settings".

3. Enable the settings β€œOpen Feedback Form After Call”.

4. Click on "Save Changes".
