The client only needs to send us a message via the "helpdesk chat from their account", as indicated below, to raise a ticket for any issue.
Describe the issue, if you face any, in your message and submit.
A ticket will be created by our concerned technical team, and it will be notified to you via email. The raised, checked request number will be sent to you, as shown below:
