Branch reports show multiple branch reports under single locations. You can see Here’s how the report is defined for the branches:

In order to check the report:

Go to the “Branches”.

Overview report: This report helps in evaluating the performance of multiple branches within an organization. This report provides aggregate data for all branches combined.

Currently AVG Waiting: The average waiting time for customers at the current moment, displayed in hours, minutes, and seconds.

Total Waiting: The total number of people currently waiting.

Total Serving: The total number of people currently being served.

Total Served: The total number of people who have been served.

Served <15 min: The number of people served in less than 15 minutes.

Served >15 min: The number of people served in more than 15 minutes.

Wait Time:

  • min: The minimum waiting time recorded.

  • avg: The average waiting time recorded.

  • max: The maximum waiting time recorded.

Transaction Time:

  • min: The minimum transaction time recorded.

  • avg: The average transaction time recorded.

  • max: The maximum transaction time recorded.

COMPARISON REPORT :

Here's a detailed comparison based on the different locations. You may compare the service setup and performance for the locations.

Service Setup: The number of service lines or counters available to serve customers.

Performance: This measures the operational performance of each location.

  • Visitors Last Week: - The number of visitors who came to the location in the previous week.

  • Wait Time: - The average time visitors waited before being served.

Service Time: - The average time taken to serve a visitor.

SUMMARY REPORT:

This report refers to an overview of performance and activity of various branches within a specified date range.

Total: Total number of visitors or transactions within the selected date range.

No Show: Number of appointments or visitors who did not show up.

Max Wait: - The maximum waiting time recorded for the branch.

Avg Wait: - The average waiting time for visitors.

Avg TRT (Average Transaction Time): - The average time taken to complete a transaction or service.

Waiting: - The current number of visitors waiting to be served.

Open: - Number of transactions or service lines that are currently open.

Closed: - Number of transactions or service lines that have been closed.

Updated: - The timestamp of the last update to the data.

QUEUE SUMMARY :

The "Queue Summary" report provides an overview of customer transactions and time across various queues and branches.

Customers Transactions:

Arrived: - Number of customers who arrived for the service.

Served: - Number of customers who were actually served.

No Show: - Percentage of customers who did not show up for their appointment.

Transaction Time:

Workload: - Represents the total workload for the queue, typically calculated based on the number of transactions and the average transaction time.

Average: - Average time taken to complete a transaction.

Max: - Maximum time taken for a single transaction.

Waiting Time:

<SL: - Number of customers who waited less than service waiting time.

>SL: - Number of customers who waited more than service waiting time

Average: - Average waiting time for customers.

Max: - Maximum waiting time experienced by any customer.
