To ensure Qwaiting runs smoothly and delivers the best user experience, it's important to meet the recommended system and network requirements for both staff and customer-facing interfaces.

7.1 DEVICE REQUIREMENTS

For Staff/Admin Dashboard Access:

Supported Devices: Desktop, Laptop, Tablet

Operating Systems:

  • Windows 10 or later

  • macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later

  • Chrome OS (latest version)

Recommended Browsers:

  • Google Chrome (latest)

  • Mozilla Firefox (latest)

  • Safari (macOS only)

  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based)

For Customer Use (Web & App):

● Smartphones (iOS 13+ or Android 8+)

● Tablets and mobile browsers (latest versions)

7.2 INTERNET & NETWORK REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Internet Speed: 2 Mbps (upload/download).

Recommended Speed: 5 Mbps or higher for smooth performance.

Network Type: Stable Wi-Fi, LAN, or 4G/5G mobile data.

Firewall/Proxy: Allow access to Qwaiting domains and services (contact support for whitelist URLs if needed).

Qwaiting Customer App:

Qwaiting Staff App:

● iOS 13+

● Android 8+

● Must allow permissions for notifications and location (optional)
