The Overview Per Time Report helps you analyze customer flow and service performance across different time slots throughout the day. It provides clear insights into peak hours and service efficiency at various times.
What the Report Shows
Number of visitors arrived during each time slot.
Number of visitors called by staff in each time slot.
Number of visitors still waiting during each time slot.
All data is also presented in percentage format, making it easy to compare time slots and quickly identify high-traffic periods.

Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard
Navigate to the Reports section
Select Overview Per Time Report
