The Staff Performance Report provides a detailed overview of each staff member’s service activity, helping managers evaluate productivity, efficiency, and workload distribution.

8.1 WHAT THE REPORT SHOWS

  • Number of visitors served by each staff member.

  • Category-wise service breakdown, showing which services, each staff member handled most frequently.

  • Total serving time, representing the cumulative time spent actively assisting visitors.

These insights help identify high-performing team members and highlight areas where additional training or support may be required.

8.2 HOW TO VIEW THE REPORT

  1. Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Reports section.

  3. Select Staff Performance Report from the list.
