Unable to Access Website on Android?

If you’re seeing errors like “This site can’t be reached” on your Android device, it could be due to network settings, browser issues, or device configuration. Try the solutions below to resolve the issue.

Fix 1: Check Private DNS Settings

Sometimes, Private DNS settings can block access to certain websites.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS

  2. Select either:

    • Automatic, or

    • Off

  3. Try accessing the website again

Fix 2: Clear Browser Cache (Chrome)

A corrupted cache can prevent websites from loading properly.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Chrome → Storage

  2. Tap:

    • Clear Cache

    • (Optional) Tap Clear Data if the issue continues

Fix 3: Reset Network Settings

This will reset all saved Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → System → Reset Options

  2. Tap Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth

  3. Reconnect to your network and try accessing the website again

  2. Go to About Phone

  3. Check the Model Number or Serial Number (SN)
