The Two Factor Authentication (2FA) module allows administrators to enable an additional layer of security for customer accounts. When enabled, users must verify their identity using a second authentication factor (such as an OTP or verification code) in addition to their password during login. This helps prevent unauthorized access and improves account security. The administrator can enable or disable this feature using the Yes/No option in the Addons settings.
How to enable the integration ?
To get started with the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) , you will need to enable the integration on account.
Navigate to System settings
Addons.
3. Navigate to Microsoft Teams and enable the features.
4. Click Save Changes.
