1.1 TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional security layer for your account by requiring a verification code during login.
When this feature is enabled, users must enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered email address after entering their login credentials. This helps ensure that only authorized users can access the account.
Before Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Make sure that the email address used during account creation is valid and accessible.
To verify your registered email address:
Go to Profile.
Check the Email ID listed in your profile.
Ensure the email is correct and currently in use.
How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Follow these steps to enable the feature:
Go to Settings.
Click on Addons.
Locate Two-Factor Authentication.
Enable the toggle to activate it.
How It Works
Once Two-Factor Authentication is enabled:
When a user logs in with their credentials, the system sends an OTP to the registered email address.
The user must enter this OTP to verify their identity.
After successful verification, the user will be granted access to the account.
This feature helps enhance account security and protects against unauthorized logins.
