Locations are key in Qwaiting, especially for businesses with multiple outlets across cities or countries. Proper setup reduces costs and enables centralized control over queues and operations at each branch.
Initial Setup
When creating your account, you'll be prompted to enter basic details:
Company name
Primary location address
Other required info
Adding or Managing Locations
To add or edit locations later:
1. Go to Settings: From your Qwaiting dashboard, navigate to the Settings section.
2. Open Locations: Select the Locations tab.
3. Add New Location: Click Add New Location and complete these fields:
Country
Full address
City
State
ZIP code
Latitude
Longitude
Add as many locations or branches as needed. This lets you easily switch between them and configure settings per outlet. This setup streamlines service management and queue operations across all your locations, wherever they're based.
