How to Set Operational Hours

Setting operational hours ensures that your business is only available to customers during defined working times. It helps manage bookings, walk-ins, and staff schedules more effectively. Here’s how you can configure it:

Step 1: Access Location Settings

  1. Log in to your Admin Panel.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

  3. Click on the Location section to view all your business locations.

Step 2: Choose the Location

  1. From the list of locations, select the one for which you want to define operational hours.

  2. Under the Action column, click on the three dots (⋮) menu.

  3. Select Settings.

Step 3: Configure Opening Hours

  1. In the settings tab, look for the Opening Hours section.

  2. Define your business hours for each day of the week. For example:

    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

    • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    • Sunday: Closed

  3. Add any breaks (if applicable) during which services should not be available.

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. After entering all details, click Save.

The new operational hours will now be applied to the location.
