Setting operational hours ensures that your business is only available to customers during defined working times. It helps manage bookings, walk-ins, and staff schedules more effectively. Here’s how you can configure it:
Step 1: Access Location Settings
Log in to your Admin Panel.
Go to Settings from the main menu.
Click on the Location section to view all your business locations.
Step 2: Choose the Location
From the list of locations, select the one for which you want to define operational hours.
Under the Action column, click on the three dots (⋮) menu.
Select Settings.
Step 3: Configure Opening Hours
In the settings tab, look for the Opening Hours section.
Define your business hours for each day of the week. For example:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Add any breaks (if applicable) during which services should not be available.
Step 4: Save Changes
After entering all details, click Save.
The new operational hours will now be applied to the location.
