Dynamic Reports

Dynamic Reports allow you to create custom reports by selecting specific parameters based on your business needs. This feature is ideal when standard reports do not provide the exact data combination you are looking for.

11.1 WHAT ARE DYNAMIC REPORTS?

Dynamic Reports let you build reports using selected data points such as:

  • Ticket number

  • Staff member who handled the ticket

  • Time the ticket was called, served, or closed

  • Service, counter, or status

By choosing the required parameters, you can generate a report that focuses only on the data you need.

11.2 HOW TO CREATE A DYNAMIC REPORT

  1. Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the All-Reports section

  3. Select Dynamic Reports

  4. Click Add.

  5. Enter a Report Name

  6. Select the required parameters

  7. Click Save

Once saved, a report link will be generated.

11.3 VIEWING AND DOWNLOADING THE REPORT

  • Click the generated report link to view the data

  • Download the report as a PDF and CSV file for offline analysis or sharing
