To add a logo :
1. Log in to your Qwaiting Admin Panel.
2. Go to Settings → Logo Update.
Types of Logos You Can Add
Qwaiting supports multiple logo placements to match different customer touchpoints:
1. Business Logo
· The primary logo of your business.
· Appears in the admin panel and on the ticket screen.
2. Mobile Logo
· Displayed when a customer checks in from their mobile phone.
· Useful if you want a different logo for mobile users.
3. Logo for Printed Tickets
· Appears on printed tickets, reinforcing your brand identity.
4. Footer Ticket Screen Logo
· Shown at the bottom of tickets.
· Perfect for a tagline, additional brand mark, or a partner logo.
Steps to Add a Logo
For all types of logos, the upload process is the same:
1. In the Logo Update section, select the type of logo you want to upload (Business, Mobile, Printed Ticket, or Footer).
2. Click Upload or Choose File.
3. Browse your computer and select the image file (preferably in PNG or JPG format).
4. Click Save/Upload to apply the changes.
5. Refresh the page or check the related screen/ticket to ensure the logo appears correctly.
