In Qwaiting, administrators can customize the display screen by adding a logo. This helps reinforce branding and improves the professional appearance of the queue display.

Steps to Enable display logo

Step 1 : Open Settings

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel

  2. Navigate to Settings

Step 2 : Go to Screen Display Settings

  1. Click Screen Display Settings

  2. You will see a list of available display screens

Step 3 : Open display settings

  1. Select the required display screen

  2. Click the three-dot menu

  3. Choose Settings

Step 4 : Upload display logo

  1. Locate the Display Logo option

  2. Upload or select the logo file

  3. Click Save

Step 5 : Verify logo on display

  1. Open the display screen via Public Links

  2. Refresh the display

  3. Confirm that the logo is visible

Tips

  • Use a high-resolution transparent logo for better appearance.

  • Maintain recommended image size for faster loading.

  • Refresh the display screen if the logo does not appear immediately.

  • Ensure settings are saved before verification.
