Keeping your account secure is essential. Qwaiting allows both users and administrators to easily update passwords when needed. This guide explains how to change your own password as well as how administrators can update passwords for staff members.
Changing Your Own Account Password
You can update your personal account password directly from your profile settings.
Steps:
Log in to your Qwaiting dashboard
Click on your Profile Picture/Icon at the top-right corner
Select Change Password from the dropdown menu
Enter your Current Password
Enter your New Password
Confirm the New Password
Click Save to apply the changes
Note:
Once your password is updated, you will need to log in again using your new credentials.
Changing a Staff Member’s Password (Admin Only)
Administrators can reset or update passwords for staff members through the Staff Management section.
Steps:
Navigate to the Staff section from the left-hand menu
Locate the staff member whose password you want to change
Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) under the Actions column
Select Change Password
Enter and confirm the new password
Save the changes
Regularly updating passwords helps maintain account security and ensures safe access to the system.
