Steps to Transfer a Call to Another Department

1. Go to Call Screen

o Open the Call Screen from your panel.

2. Call a Ticket

o Click Next to call the next ticket from the queue.

3. Access Options

o Once the ticket is called, a list of available options will appear.

4. Select Transfer

o Click on Transfer from the list.

5. Confirm Transfer

o The ticket will be transferred to the selected department.
