The Counter Served Call Report provides detailed insights into how many tickets were served or called at each counter over a selected date and time range. This report helps administrators evaluate counter performance, staff workload, and service distribution throughout the day.

12.1 WHAT THIS REPORT SHOWS

The report displays service activity broken down by:

  • Counter name

  • Service type (e.g., Doctor Consultation, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Billing & Insurance)

  • Shift-wise data, such as:

    • Morning shift

    • Afternoon shift

For each counter and service, you can view:

  • Number of tickets served or called

  • Performance comparison across shifts

  • Service-wise workload distribution

This structured view makes it easy to identify which counters and services handle the most visitors and during which time slots.

Filters Available

You can customize the report using the following filters:

  • Date range

    • Created From

    • Created Until

  • Shift timings

    • Morning shift time range

    • Afternoon shift time range

  • Counter selection

    • Search and filter specific counters

These filters allow you to analyze performance for specific days, shifts, or counters.

Export Options

The Counter Served Call Report can be exported for offline review or sharing:

  • Export as CSV

  • Export as PDF

This makes it easy to share reports with management or use them for audits and performance reviews.

12.2 HOW TO VIEW THE COUNTER SERVED CALL REPORT

  1. Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.

  2. Go to All Reports.

  3. Select Counter Served Call Report.

  4. Apply date, shift, or counter filters as needed.

  5. View or export the report.
