12.2 HOW TO VIEW THE COUNTER SERVED CALL REPORT
Log in to the Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.
Go to All Reports.
Select Counter Served Call Report.
Apply date, shift, or counter filters as needed.
View or export the report.
