How to Add a Tagline on the Ticket / Customer Screen and Display screen

This guide explains how to configure taglines and where they appear.

In Qwaiting, administrators can add taglines to improve branding, provide service context, and display helpful information on both the ticket screen and the display board.


How to Add a Tagline on the Ticket / Customer Screen:

Step 1 : Open Settings

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

Step 2 Go to Service Level

  1. Click Service Level settings.

  2. Locate tagline options.

Step 3 : Configure tagline options

You will find multiple tagline fields:

  • Tagline 1 β†’ Main service tagline

  • Tagline 2 β†’ Sub-service tagline

  • Tagline 3 β†’ Sub-Sub-service tagline

Enter the desired tagline text according to your service structure.

Step 4 : Save changes

Click Save to apply the tagline settings.

How to Add the Display tagline on Display Screen

If you want branding or a heading visible on display screens:

Step 1 : Open Ticket Screen Settings

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Navigate to Ticket Screen Settings.

Step 2 : Open Labeling Input Settings

  1. Click Labeling Input Settings.

  2. Locate Queue Heading First.

  3. Enter your brand name or tagline.

  4. Save the settings.

Step 3 : Check tagline on the display screen

  1. Navigate to Public Links.

  2. Locate the Display Screen Link.

  3. Choose the required display from the list (if multiple displays exist).

  4. Click to open the display interface.

  5. Now you can check the tagline is visible in the display screen at the top.

Taglines can be added either at the service level or via ticket screen labeling settings. While service-level taglines is on the ticket screen, the Queue Heading First acts as a heading displayed at display screens.
