To ensure tickets are only generated during your business hours and avoid overcrowding, Qwaiting provides flexible settings for ticket control. Follow these steps to configure it:

Step 1: Access Ticket Screen Settings

  • Log in to your Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Click on Ticket Screen Settings.

Step 2: Configure Ticket Generation Hours

In the Ticket Generate Settings section, you can:

  • Set Ticket Hours: Choose specific start and end times when customers can generate tickets.

  • Set Open/Close Days: Enable or disable ticketing on certain days (e.g., weekends or holidays).

This ensures tickets are only issued during your preferred operating hours.

Step 3: Set Daily Ticket Limits

Still in the Ticket Generate Settings section:

  • Look for the "Limit max number of visits on the waitlist" option.

  • Enter the maximum number of tickets allowed per day.

This helps manage foot traffic and maintain a smooth customer flow during peak hours.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

After configuring your hours and ticket limits:

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Result

Your Qwaiting system will now:

  • Only allow ticket generation during your defined hours and days.

  • Limit the number of tickets issued each day, preventing overcrowding and improving service efficiency.
