To ensure tickets are only generated during your business hours and avoid overcrowding, Qwaiting provides flexible settings for ticket control. Follow these steps to configure it:
Step 1: Access Ticket Screen Settings
Log in to your Qwaiting Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Settings.
Click on Ticket Screen Settings.
Step 2: Configure Ticket Generation Hours
In the Ticket Generate Settings section, you can:
Set Ticket Hours: Choose specific start and end times when customers can generate tickets.
Set Open/Close Days: Enable or disable ticketing on certain days (e.g., weekends or holidays).
This ensures tickets are only issued during your preferred operating hours.
Step 3: Set Daily Ticket Limits
Still in the Ticket Generate Settings section:
Look for the "Limit max number of visits on the waitlist" option.
Enter the maximum number of tickets allowed per day.
This helps manage foot traffic and maintain a smooth customer flow during peak hours.
Step 4: Save Your Settings
After configuring your hours and ticket limits:
Click Save to apply the changes.
Result
Your Qwaiting system will now:
Only allow ticket generation during your defined hours and days.
Limit the number of tickets issued each day, preventing overcrowding and improving service efficiency.
