How to Disable Sound in the Call Screen

If staff do not want sound notifications when a new ticket is added to the queue or when the next token is called, you can easily turn off the sound from the settings.

Method 1: Disable Sound from Call Screen Settings

  1. Open the Call Panel / Call Screen

  2. Click on the Adjust/Settings icon

  3. Look for the Sound option

  4. Toggle or disable the sound

Method 2: Disable Sound from Site Settings (If Option Not Visible)

Sometimes the sound option may not appear in the main settings.

1.Click on the Adjust/Settings icon

2.Go to Site Settings

3.Find the Sound option

4.Disable the sound from there

Result

  • No sound will be played when:

    • A new ticket is added to the queue

    • The next token is called
